Unbeatable Services

As no two projects are exactly the same, all are priced on a case by case basis, taking into account the clients requirements for either photographs or video footage and location.

Prices include;

  • Initial consultation – To understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Site survey – To ensure that flights can be carried out safely and within CAA regulations.
  • Flight planning – Ensure that each element of the shoot is met. Where necessary permissions will be required from landowners prior to any works being carried out.
  • Photo’s or Video


As with any aerial work, weather plays an important part. Where the conditions are not suitable to carry out the work, an alternate date will be agreed with the client.

Terms: 35% deposit to secure booking – non refundable. Balance to be paid prior to delivery of footage. In the case of weather or other circumstances preventing the flight from taking place, the booking will be transferred to an alternative day at no extra charge. In the event that an alternative day cannot be agreed upon then the deposit will be forfeited. Pricing includes travel upto 30 miles from RH16 1BL, thereafter a charge of £0.45 per mile will be added.

Unless a buyout of footage is specifically agreed and contracted, Calibre Aerial Photography retains the copyright of all filming content. The client purchasing the service of Calibre Aerial Photography will get full use of the material, however will not be able to sell the footage or allow 3rd party companies to use it without the agreement of Calibre Aerial Photography.

Naturally we are proud of our work and Calibre Aerial Photography actively promotes it and we do reserve the right to use ANY of our footage for internal promotion, whether this be inclusion on our showreel for PR purposes to promote Calibre Aerial Photography. Also we reserve the right to supply the footage to stock libraries at a later date.

Please Note:

Aerial photography using drones is subject to CAA rules and regulations, local risk assessment and weather conditions. Drone technology is not suitable for rain, high winds or foggy conditions.

Only qualified CAA certified drone operators (Pilots) can operate drone technology for commercial purposes. Any drone operator should carry a PfCO (Permission for Commercial Operations) and Drone operators insurance.

Calibre Aerial Photography reserves the right to cancel or postpone any flight that we feel cannot be carried out safely and legally.
